Refund policy

All artworks sold through Telmo Guerra Arte are unique pieces, individually crafted in the studio. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal taste, or incorrect choice.

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at studio@telmoguerraarte.com, including your order number, photos of the packaging, and detailed photos of the damage.

Once we review your claim, we will advise whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate, taking into account the unique nature of the piece and its availability. Any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Damage that occurs after successful delivery and unpacking is not eligible for refund or replacement.
• We may request that the damaged piece be returned to the studio before issuing a refund; in that case, we will provide instructions and shipping details.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
